My love of animals and
people is the focus of my art. I have been selling paintings for 20
years, but it is still a thrill for me when I can capture the
personality of your child or animal for you in a portrait that will

I began "painting"
as a little child with my grandmother. She never minded the mess I
made as I played with her oils! My training as an artist actually
started in high school when I took my first art class. I fell in
love with painting and drawing and especially with color. I majored
in Fine Art at Auburn University and spent several years in the
field of illustration and graphic design. I have since gone on to
study watercolor and portraiture and have works in a number of
private collections.
